From 1st December 2017 Bourne’s ‘Cashless Catering’ will be fully operational.
Following on from the successful introduction of Parent Pay for school trips in January 2016 and because of parental requests, we are in the process of introducing Cashless Catering to the Bourne Community College. The benefits are numerous for both students and parents and we thank you for your understanding during this transition period.
From December 1st 2017 we will be completely cashless and you will have received letters from our Business Manager explaining how the system and process will work. While it is true that the school is intending to become fully cashless from 1st December 2017, we do appreciate that a few parents would rather that their son/daughter is able to use the canteen despite not being enrolled in the biometric scheme and we have a process in place if this is the case. If you have any queries please do not hesitate to contact Mr. Moore, our Business Manager, and he will address any concerns.
