The legal and human rights and responsibilities underpinning society, basic aspects of the criminal justice system, and how both relate to young people. 2

Key Stage 3 targets will be set at the start of each year. A teacher assessment of performance will be made at the end of each year, with a final KS3 level attained provided after SAT results are published in the summer term of Year 9.
